My friend gave me his JS industries surfboard. Wow! Recent surfboard was extremely good to ride the waves! I didn't know that.
I've finally completed my dad's bike's restore. I disassembled this bike about two years ago. Past entry.
I decided to complete it in this summer vacation and made it! Self assembling needed more care but I had the great satisfaction.

I'm waiting the rear derailleur and the thumb shifter. I can hardly wait to ride this bike in the mountain and the city.
This route has good climbs and downhills, no signals. It was pretty hard, but this route was worthwhile riding. Thanks for your attend, my captain!
We started from here; Otaki valley parking.
Otaga pass（大多賀峠）looks like hill climber's Mecca in Aichi. Many riders tried to get their new record. This pass got to me. I have to try again!

We climbed Mt Norikura by bicycle. The first hill killed us!
Every time I think this route is great.
Tatamidaira(the highest bus terminal) was overwhelmed with climber and sightseer.
After blissful downhill, we had a Ramen lunch at Kikyoya in Takayama city. This restaurant's Ramen was simple but tasteful. I had another favorite Ramen spot in Takayama! Yay!
It's been a while since I climbed the mountain more than 2,500m.
In the morning, it was so good weather.
But the clouds were gathering us gradually.
And finally a top of mountain was completely cloudy. The weather on the mountain is variable, like someone's mind.
I bought the MTB components. I think that Shimano's DEORE is not only reasonable but also reliable.
This handle bar is "Get around bar" by Sim-works. Maybe it will be a comfortable bar for me. I am looking forward to riding this bike, but this may take a while to assemble.

I helped friend to disassemble his bike, because he would change his bike's color.
He said "I'd like to change from Orange to Navy." But he was still wavering.
I broke my knee by running half a year ago and refrained from riding bike and running. But maybe my knee was recovering, so I went to climb Mt Ibuki. I had good climbing without knee's trouble. It was my good news!
I started surfing(short-boarding) when I was in college, 1996. Surfing is very difficult, but it makes me feel so good. And the biggest thing for me, it still brings me new friends! Today was small condition, but I enjoyed with new friends.
At first, I built the rear wheel with a new hub.
And the new paint by Kyutai paint was completed, so I pressed in the head set. Um that's it. I was done for a day!

Today's lunch at Terasawa.(てらさわ) It's a good place to eat, like grilled chicken, poke and so on.
