バーベキューにて

We had a barbecue on the riverside in Sekigahara last Sunday.

And I took some pictures of a small narrow stream and small animals.

 The air was clean, and the color of green was so deep.

As kid, I used to hang out by the river and chase snakes.

I haven't change a bit...

I've made a comparison between the track bike and the road bike in same riding distance. 
The track bike was 1.2 times than the road bike in terms of expenditure of calories.

The package from London

先週金曜日に注文していた荷物がイギリスから今日届きました。いまだインターネット上でクレジットカードの番号を入力する事には不安を感じますが、便利だからもう後戻りはできません。

I've received the package from London I ordered Friday night of last week. I still feel uneasy about giving my credit card number over the internet, but the internet is too convenient for me, so I can't turn back anymore.

MTBを分解しました

親父のMTBを分解しました。この後は時間を見つけて塗装をハクって、色塗ってシングルスピードマウンテンバイクにしちゃおうかと思っています。来年のシングルスピードMTBジャパンオープンにでたい！

I disassembled my father's MTB. I plan to repaint and change to single speed gear MTB. And I would like to participate in the SINGLE SPEED MTB JAPAN OPEN next year.

名古屋駅近くの飲み屋にて

名古屋で起業している2人の社長と会って話をして、たくさん元気をもらいました。

 I met two entrepreneurs. They made me energetic.

下呂〜名古屋ツーリング(Bicycle ride;Gero to Nagoya)

自転車を持って朝6時25分の電車に乗り8時50分下呂駅着。
We got on a train at 6:25am and we arrived at 8:50am. It was cloudy today, so it was not hot very much.

  The red-letter behind me means "Welcome! Hot springs in Gero".

We headed over to Nagoya at 9:30am. 

 On our way to Nagoya, I took some pictures. "What a nice view!"

ここは飛水峡ってところで昭和36年認定の天然記念物らしい。

日本最古の岩石（約20億年前）が見つかった場所のようです。

This place is designated as a protected place. It is called "Hisui-valley"

The oldest rock in japan (about 2 billion years ago) was discovered in here.

結局3時に名古屋到着、ずっと緩い向かい風だったのでめちゃ疲れました！

Finally, we arrived at Nagoya at 3:00pm. We were so tired.

クワハラは1982年の映画『E.T.』に出てきたBMXのメーカーです。

こいつはいろいろ壊れているので自分でなおしてみようと思います。

In 1982 Steven Spielberg's hit movie E.T. featured Kuwahara's BMX.

This Bike has so many troubles. I am going to restore it by myself.
